Non-custom merchandise may be returned up to 10 business days after delivery. Returns made within five business days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, excluding return shipping. To be eligible for the full refund, merchandise must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
Returns made after five business days and/or are missing the original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Custom designs are final sale, and not eligible for return. (Information on our custom design policy is available here.) In the event of shipping damage, repairs or replacements will be made at no additional cost.
In the event of shipping damage, please contact us within 5 business days and describe the problem. Depending upon the type and extent of damage, we will either send a replacement part or repair/replace the affected item. If a repair or replacement is necessary, we will reimburse for the return shipping expenses.
